What is needed for permanent residence in Estonia?
It is worth considering that the application for permanent residence is submitted two months before the expiry of the residence permit card. Obtaining a permanent residence permit are allowed to residents who have fulfilled a number of requirements, namely, legal income of at least 260 euros per month, language proficiency at B1 level and health insurance. Data on the place of residence in Estonia must also be entered in the register.
